Poco X3 NFC is called Poco X3 NFC although it probably should have been named the Poco X3 120Hz. It’s a much more important feature to mention in a phone’s name, especially at this price point, than the presence of NFC – at least for most people.
Alas, NFC made the cut in the name, and this is the last time we mention it. That’s where it works; there is no need for it to be attached to the name of the smartphone. Not anyone at all. That said, the Poco X3 actually also has a 120 Hz refresh rate for its screen, which is still incredibly exciting in its price range, and not something that is often seen from its competitors.
We tell you all about how this headline feature actually behaves in normal daily use, as for this lengthy review we have had the Poco X3 as our only smartphone. We wanted to get to know it better, much better than we were able to in our normal review, and see what it is like to live with day in and day out.
Will the experience be as good as the specifications suggest? Will we be thrilled at what great value for money this phone is at the end of the review? There is only one way to find out – join us over the next few pages, where we will tell you our thoughts on our long-running affair with Poco X3 – what the ups and downs were, what we liked and what we did not did ‘t. So grab a drink and a bowl of popcorn, and let’s go.
