The latest rumor about the iPhone 13 series pertains to the physical dimensions of the phones. According to forms obtained by MacRumors, all iPhone 13 models will measure 7.55 mm in thickness compared to 7.4 mm in the current 12 series.

The resulting 0.15mm change is visualized below, though you would be hard pressed to actually see it in real life. Then again, that would be enough to make many cases and other accessories incompatible with new models.

Apple is reportedly preparing a more comprehensive change at the rear with the camera bumps on the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max. Both Pro models now have 36 mm x 37 mm camera cutouts on the back, which is especially larger than the cutouts on the 12 Pro models. The Vanilla 13 has a camera cutout of 29 mm x 29 mm compared to 28 mx 30 mm on the outgoing iPhone 12.

The thickness of the camera bump is also said to increase on the upcoming 13 Pro series of around 3.65 mm compared to 1.5-1.7 mm on the 12 Pro series. Apple is rumored to be bringing sensor-shift stabilization to both main and ultra-wide cameras in the new iPhone 13 Pro models, which should explain the larger camera bumps.
